Type Occurrence of Nežilovite
General Appearance of Type Material:
Crystals are about 0.2 to 1 mm in size. They are thin tabular on {0001} and have subordinate hexagonal prism face.
Place of Conservation of Type Material:
Natural History Museum, Zageb (catalog #600:ZAG;8425MP1), Royal Ontario Museum, Toronto (#M46312) and the Swedish Museum of Natural History, Stockhohn (#940002).
Geological Setting of Type Material:
Occurs in pink dolomitic marble from a Precambrian metamorphic complex of gueisses, schists and marbles.
