Skarn de Umbuzeiro Doce


The Umbuzeiro Doce skarn is located in São Gonçalo, Santa Luzia county, Paraíba state, in the Scheelite Borborema Province, Seridó region. This is a small lens of scheelite-rich skarn oriented along the NE-SW direction, with an average dip of 60 ° to NW. This lens occurs within an intermediate portion of a marble layer, containing garnet, diopside, phlogopite, magnetite, epidote, actinolite, calcite and scheelite.
