The Dopolan bauxite deposit has an estimated reserve of 8–15 million tons with an average grade of 45% Al2O3. The Dopolan bauxite deposit show that the bauxite formed as a continental deposit filling karstic cavities at the boundary of the Khaneh–Kat and Neyriz Formations.
