Located 1 km south west of Deep Well.

Discovered by Cue prospector D Lambie around 1920. Lambie stated the deposit was silver-lead from a hill of marble, at the side of Kurabuka Creek, 20 kilometres north-east of the junction of the Frederick and Lyons Rivers. Lambie claims he had discovered gold, silver, copper, lead, rubies and other mineral wealth/precious stones. The rubies at least are unlikely and could have been garnets. Two specimens were sent to Perth showing quartz and galena. They were assayed with the first showing 41% lead, 14oz silver and a trace of gold. The second was 44.75% lead, 15oz silver and a trace of gold.

Officially the deposit contains limonite, anglesite, covellite, chrysocolla, malachite, smithsonite, and hydrozincite, with crystalline argentiferous galena, dark iron rich sphalerite, and siderite. This is associated with a east trending 0.6 metres wide shear zone, containing 5-10% galena. Mineralisation is in pods and stringers in joint planes, in the flat lying Irregully Formation dolomite, in the axis of the Woolshed Syncline.

Four small pits and one drive form the historic workings. Explored by Westfield 1961-1967, and Newcrest 1990-1991.
