A bismuth-tin-tungsten-copper mine which worked several E-W trending peribatholithic veins on both sides of the Sorata/Millipaya river canyon. Located 2.5 km downstream of Millipaya, at roughly 3,150-3,200 meters elevation. Country rock is weakly metamorphosed sericite-chlorite-schist. Includes the Santa Rosa, Ticata and Rosario veins, among others.
