Roccamandolfi is a comune (municipality) and a village in the Province of Isernia, located at the border with the provinces of Campobasso (Molise) and Caserta (Campania). Monte Miletto (2050 m a.s.l.), the highest mount of the Matese Mountains, is located on its territory.

Manganese minerals occurring in Miocene sedimentary rocks of the Matese Mountains were the object of prospecting and mining in the period 1936-1943 at Colle di Mezzo - Scino.
