Barite-quartz-galena vein extending from N of La Magdeleine (on a path N from road D4, in front of Chilhac crossroad), to N of Le Pouget, along Veyssaires brook.
A quartzo-feldspathic pegmatite forms the roof of the vein.
This barite vein seems to cross Belmont-l'Estaing granite/pegmatite with quartz-cassiterite lenses vein, or a similar parallel vein.
Host rocks : leptyno-amphibolitic group and granite with pegmatite lenses.
