The geologist Ole Fridtjof Frigstad (1968) described this pegmatite in his master thesis.
There are actually two quarries, but Frigstad (1968) did not separate between them. They have been named in Mindat as a and b respectively. The "a" quarry is the one in the west, "b" is in the east.
The pegmatite is very interesting due to the presence of a metasomatically formed cleavelandite sone and the presence of several interesting minerals.
The list over minerals is not quarry specific, but is for the entire pegmatite.
Andreas Corneliussen (pegmatite.no) registered these two and an additional prospect as Storemyr.
