A abandoned mine (quarry ?) located near Wakefield Lake, 40 km North of Ottawa. A rare-earth granitic pegmatite dike containing Y, Nb, Bi and V was exposed. Mined for feldspar, quartz and REE. Started 1932 and closed 1956.
