Reduced facies type copper deposit, hosted in argillite, silty sandstone and sandy limestone of the Lower Proterozoic Udokan series. Reserves are estimated at 1,200 million metric tons of copper ores grading at 2% Cu (equivalent to 24 million metric tons of copper). The deposit also contains significant amounts of silver, rhenium and iron ores.

Located around 30 km south of the town of Novaya Chara.
